General


  • I have a problem with my order. How should I contact Filucry®?

    Please write me an email to kontakt@filucry.de or use the contact form.

  • How does the download of the pattern work?

    The pattern is a digital article. You buy it as normal, just like other products in the shop. 


    However, there are no shipping costs. 


    As soon as Filucry has received your payment (usually immediately for PayPal and credit card payments, a few days later for advance payments), you will receive an automatic e-mail with the files, which you can then download.

  • How do I log in to my customer account?

    Go to "Shop", scroll down and click "Login". Then enter your e-mail address with which you registered and go to your e-mail inbox. An email is waiting for you with a link that will take you to your customer account. So you don't need to remember a password ;)

  • When will my order be shipped?

    Normally, all orders received by 12 noon (German time) will be shipped the same day or the next day (after receipt of payment) if it is a working day. 


    Personalized products as well as all mini oven mitts and jar openers with plotted designs are made to order and therefore take approximately 3-5 business days to be ready for shipping!


    Exact delivery times can be found with the products. In exceptional cases (holidays etc.) the processing time of the order can take several days to weeks. You will find this information clearly visible on the website.

  • Gift wrapping and packaging

    Every Filucry® product is lovingly packaged as standard and is therefore automatically suitable for giving away.

  • Custom-made and personalized orders

    Special designs are unfortunately not possible. 


    However, if you have a particular design wish or a special product idea that you would like to see at Filucry®, you are welcome to write to me as a suggestion. 


    If the idea suits Filucry® and can be realised, you may soon see it in one of the future collections :)

  • Wholesale opportunities

    If you need a larger quantity of a product, you can write me a message and I will see what I can do. 


    Please note that Filucry® is a small company and that I need time to produce a larger quantity.

  • Are Filucry® products vegan?

    Yes, all Filucry® products are vegan. 


    I only use leatherette and other animal-free materials for my products.

  • Care instructions

    The care instructions can be found in the article description of the respective product.


    You will also receive a card with all the information for each order.

  • How does the Filucry® gift service work?

    In the comments field of the shopping basket or in the personalisation &/ gift message field, you tell me the first name and a short message to the person to be given as a gift. You then enter the address of the person to be gifted as the delivery address.

  • How long can the gift message be?

    The message is handwritten on the back of a Filucry® business card (credit card size). You should therefore be more brief.

  • What is the advantage of the gift service?

    You can surprise someone and make him/her happy without the hassle of wrapping &/ sending the gift. Especially if you can't meet the recipient in person, you have the opportunity to pick out a product, write a short message and don't have to worry about anything afterwards.

  • How much does the gift service cost?

    There are no extra costs for you. Filucry® specialises in lovingly packaging every order & it's part of the company's philosophy to help everyone bring joy to others.


Payment and Return


  • What payment methods are there?

    Prepayment (bank transfer)


    Paypal Plus (Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Instant, Giropay, Sepa)


    Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)


  • Which return conditions apply?

    For physical products you have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receipt of the goods. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipment.


    Personalized products are excluded from return!


    Please note that for hygienic reasons the makeshift masks cannot be exchanged or returned!


    Digital products can also not be returned.


  • Do I get a full refund?

    Yes, you will be refunded the full purchase price if you return the ordered goods (digital products, personalized products & makeshift masks excluded) within 14 days of receipt (please use the cancellation form). Please note that you are responsible for the return shipment.
