Shipping and payment information
Delivery time
Ready for shipment in 1-3 business days (after receipt of payment).
Personalized products, as well as all items with plotted design, are made to order and therefore need about 2-3 business days until they are ready for shipping!
Due to the corona pandemic, shipping to certain countries is unfortunately not possible on the part of the post service. If you live outside of Europe and would like to order from Filucry, please send me a short message to info@filucry.de so I can check if shipping to your country is currently possible. The shipping costs are either 13€ or 19,00€ depending on the ordered products (see description "Europe Non-EU").
Shipping costs
Germany: 4,95€ (free shipping from 50,00€ order value)
If your order only contains sticker sheets and / or christmas tree tags, you will only be charged 1,50€ as shipping costs (within Germany)
EU countries: 12,00€
If your order contains only sticker sheets, card cases, scrunchies, christmas tree tags or cool packs, you will only be charged 7,00€ as shipping costs
Switzerland: 17,00€
If your order contains only sticker sheets, card cases, scrunchies, christmas tree tags or cold packs, you will be charged only 11,50€ as shipping costs.
Europe Non-EU : 19,00€
If your order contains only sticker sheets, card cases, scrunchies, christmas tree tags or ice pack cases, you will be charged only 13,00€ as shipping costs
Within Germany, delivery by post usually takes 1-3 business days. Deliveries abroad can take up to 3 weeks. At Christmas time, delivery times may be longer.
